Christmas cards in August!

I can't believe I have started making Christmas cards and it's only August.....this is a real 1st for me but I'm sure I will still be making the rest at the last moment!
I think it's all the new Christmas stock coming which is putting me in the mood, got some lovely papers in and I couldn't wait to try these Christmas Pudding papers. The stamp is from Funky Kits and coloired with Pro-markers I think I am getting a wee bit better at using them, and the paper, big pudding and Merry Christmas peel off are from www.crafting-mad.co.uk

I hope you like the card and please feel free to comment :)

Busy, busy busy

Busy, busy, busy......lot's more stock has arrived in the shop including the long awaited Doily Lace punches from Martha Stewart and the Flippin Christmas range - these are so funny and come with a free backing sheet, I can't wait to have a play with these!

I did actually get the chance to make some cards, the wedding one shows the doily lace edge using the Martha Stewart punch - it's very effective.
This was my latest attempt at using the pro markers - still need some practice I think, but I love this stamp and I think she maybe on quite a few of my Christmas cards.........hopefully I'll have mastered the effect by then ;)
Happy Crafting and please feel free to leave comments.

Martha Stewart Punches

At last we got some of the Martha Stewart punches delivered this week, still no sign of the doily lace which we have several orders for. I have a play with the floral lace punch as it looked so nice, I couldn't get it to punch through thick card but it does go through lightweight card and paper with ease. Here's the result:-

This is the inside of the card this punch is really effective :)
Happy Crafting.
